Linda Maqoma is an experienced accountant with over 17 years of private and public experience in the audit and accountancy field.
She holds a Bcom Accounting and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Fort Hare. She obtained her South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) accredited training at KPMG specializing in financial services.
She is a Fellow of the Young African Leadership Initiative, a prestigious program that nurtures and connects the next generation of African leaders affiliated to the Global Aspen Network. She is also an Honorary Member of the Golden Key Honors Society, 2024 Global Women of Influence Awards Nominee and has been recognized on the Drum Magazine Top 50 Women Power List of 2024.
As a passionate advocate for business, people, education, transformation, Linda is a Past President of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA), the Vice President for Professionals of the Black Business Council (BBC), among other non-executive director, council, advisory and committee roles.
She is also a global speaker and facilitator who shares her insights and expertise on topics such as leadership, socio - economic transformation, governance, and strategy.
